    Only reason I think of is that the healers are very rare in guild. With the same healers and tanks going repeatedly on the raid content since there are none to replace them, the chances to get better drops are also lot higher.

    Where as dps, with constant rotation it is more likely spread more evenly, thus resulting in lower gear score in total. :)
